Equipment
Q: Do you have all the
required software, hardware tuning boards and procedures in
place to re-calibrate my Micro-Hite to the
manufacturer’s original specifications? How would
you correct lead errors or tune the circuit boards accurately?
A: We have all the service equipment required
by the manufacturer as well as tuning boards to adjust and
correct any out-of-spec conditions. We can adjust and correct
any lead errors and fix your gage to meet the original specifications.

Calibration Lab?
A: The American Association for Laboratory
Accreditation (A2LA) has recognized Dixon & Ryan as an
Accredited Calibration Lab to ISO/IEC 17025:2005, the highest
standard in the US. Your Micro-Hite will be returned with
an accredited Calibration Report traceable to NIST.

Q: Do you have an inventory

A: Yes. We have an extensive inventory of
service parts to repair your gage in the shortest amount of
time.

Fast Turnaround
Q: How long will it take
to repair my gage?
A: Your Micro-Hite or TESA-Hite will be on
its way back to you in about 10 days after the approval of
our quote. All height qages are completely serviced right
here in our facility and calibrated in our A2LA Accredited
Calibration Lab.

Rental Micro-Hites
Available
Q: Do you have rental
gages available while my gage is in service?
A: Yes. We have Micro-Hites
for rent when you absolutely cannot be without a gage. You
can schedule a rental for your preventative maintenance program
or when your gage is being repaired for that unexpected breakdown.
