Mark Ryan - Chief Financial Officer

Mark Ryan applies his skills to the administrative side of the business and business development.

Mark Ryan is the 3rd generation owner of the company. He started with the company in high school repairing gages while his grandfather George A. Ryan was still working in the business. Mark returned to the business after college to help with the administration of the company with his father, Dale Ryan. Mark was responsible for bringing on line Dixon & Ryan’s first computer system along with the development of extensive customer order tracking/job costing software. With continued growth of the company, he was instrumental in moving the company to its current 12,000 sq. ft. facility in 1989.

Mark Ryan has a Technology Degree from Ferris State University and an Accounting Degree from Western Michigan University.

Richard Dixon - Chief Operating Officer

Richard has extensive experience repairing and calibration all types, makes and models of precision measuring tools. As the Operations Manager he supervises all repair and calibration jobs at Dixon & Ryan and ensures that you receive the quality work and service you expect and deserve.

Richard Dixon is a 4th generation owner of the company. He started working in the business with his grandfather, Chester Dixon, and father, Dick Dixon. Richard led the development of the Dixon & Ryan Quality System, and guided the company through the development and implementation of the ISO guide 25 standard and the A2LA accreditation process.

C.J. “Dick” Dixon - Design Manager

As the Design Manager, Dick Dixon is responsible for all Custom Gage Design and Build projects. He brings over 50 years of precision tool experience to Dixon & Ryan.

Dick started with the company in 1948. Under the tutelage of his father, Chester N. Dixon, he learned everything there is to know about tool repair and the special tool design business.

Daniel Gamble - Service Manager

Dan Gamble oversees all repair and calibration jobs and is responsible for the Quality System. He has been with Dixon & Ryan since 1987. Having worked in many different areas throughout the organization Dan has developed a broad expertise in precision measuring tool calibration and repair. Every single day Dan is focused on providing the Dixon & Ryan customers with the highest quality service and the fastest possible turnaround.
